Arago in the News: Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung – Escaping the Platform Trap through Artificial Intelligence
Large networking platforms are the basis for artificial intelligence (AI) and automation. While US-based giants like Amazon, Google & Co. are the global frontrunners, Germany does not play a major role in this field. However according to Chris Boos, it is possible to escape this “platform trap” through intelligent services. The Arago CEO, furthermore is convinced that skills, which cannot be executed by machines, will become much more important in professional life – such as responsibility, social competence, empathy and creativity.
Chris Boos knows what he is talking about – he is a sought-after AI-expert. From its beginning 20 years ago, his firm Arago has worked with AI. It has developed a self-learning AI platform called HIRO™ – a software to automate enterprise IT services.
