Horizont: Chatbots are a complete nonsense
Chris Boos will be speaking at this year’s Horizont Digital Marketing Days in Berlin. In an interview, he speaks about a common misconception – the believe that AI is used to recreate humans. This often leads to wrong assumptions and expectations. Instead, an AI is actually supposed to store the knowledge and experience of humans and then learn how to apply it. The marketing industry, for instance, is currently very much involved in using AI for chatbots. This, however, makes no sense as in the age of digitization, customer service needs to be customized, emotional and human.
