In addition, some web analytics providers are members of industry associations whose websites allow you to centrally prevent the use of online advertising and web analytics by their members. Below you find the websites of these associations for a comfortable provider-spanning prevention of web analysis. In this way you can also prevent the creation of pseudonymous user profiles

7.1 GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies (see section 4) in order to analyse your use of this website. The information about your use of this website is collected via cookies. It is usually transferred to and stored on servers of Google Inc. in the US. Prior to the transfer to the US, Google masks and thereby anonymizes your IP address within the territory of the EU or of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and masked by Google servers in the US. On behalf of the website provider, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider. Google will not combine your IP address with any other data held by Google.

You may refuse to have cookies stored on your device by appropriately configuring your browser (see section 6) or by using a privacy plugin (see section 7). The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables the collection of metadata such as IP address information, timestamp, and events such as page views. All data is encrypted. The LinkedIn browser cookie is stored in a visitor’s browser until they delete the cookie or the cookie expires. With the help of the LinkedIn Insight Tag we are able to analyze the success of our campaigns within the LinkedIn platform or determine target groups for them based on the interaction of the users with our website. If you are registered with LinkedIn, it is possible for LinkedIn to associate your interaction with our online services with your user account. IT

HIRO for IT Service Management (ITSM)

Minimize resolution time by automating levels 1 & 2 support task in IT Service Management (ITSM)

Minimizing resolution time is a key challenge in ITSM, to drive down costs and ensure high customer satisfaction.

There is significant time lost in assigning a ticket to right team. Often tickets end up being assigned to wrong teams resulting in multiple rounds of triaging. Also, due to lack of intelligence in current automation tools, multiple tickets are created for same incident if it is reported more than once. All these factors when accumulated results in considerably higher resolution time.

Another major challenge, with commonplace ITSM automation tools, is their static nature which makes it extremely difficult to scale through different scenarios. Experts end up spending considerable time in manually orchestrating these tools resulting in low quality root cause analysis.

Our Solutions

Real-time root cause analysis

Intelligent triaging of IT tickets

Scalability to tackle vast range of ITSM problems

HIRO’s advanced AI provides a sophisticated solution to ITSM problems and scales up experts’ knowledge.

HIRO automates root cause analysis close to real time. Thanks to its curious learning algorithms, it can perform a complete Root Cause Analysis in a matter of seconds.

The advanced triaging capabilities of HIRO addresses the tickets much more efficiently. Thus, leading to full visibility of all the external systems and sending the tickets to the right recipient.

HIRO has the ability to solve entire range of ITSM problems. It can tackle the widest spectrum of requests, from a simple “user creation” to the most critical Level1, Level 2 or Level 3 issues.

Based on agile automation methodology, our solutions deliver up to 90% automation by capturing knowledge of the subject matter experts

From real time resolution of IT tickets to proactive inventory alerts, HIRO can handle wide range of tasks with its versatile design.

SUPPLY CHAIN

HIRO for Supply Chain

Increase supply chain responsiveness by automating up to 90% of end-to-end supply chain processes.

Responsive is one of the key parameters that define a successful supply chain. It has direct impact on company’s customer service, cost and revenue.

The key issue that supply chain leaders face on day-to-day basis is to streamline all blocks of supply chain in order to respond fast to continuously changing demand forecast.

Change in forecast leads to time consuming repetitive tasks such as checking material availability at all levels of bill of materials, purchase order processing, updating ERP systems etc., to be accomplished under a tight time constraint. This often leads to human errors as well as frustration in highly skilled workers.

In a complex supply chain network, a planner may deal with an average of 5000 different SKUs with each bill of material going up to 100 materials.

Current ERP systems have managed to achieve very low level of automation with such massive interlinked datasets.

ABOUT US

arago’s Vision

arago’s aim is to provide the benefits of Artificial Intelligence to enterprise customers globally through Knowledge Automation.

It is our principal belief that the ultimate value of AI is to collaborate with people to automate the urgent but low value routine tasks and free up time to focus on more rewarding and challenging innovation work. Leading to a greater sense of worth for the individual and true value creation for employers.

It is also our belief that the benefits of AI are not obtained by replacing human workers but by increasing their potential, which is the essence of Knowledge Automation.

Our Journey

From an investment in over 10 years of research into General AI, arago launched the first version of Knowledge Automation in 2010 for its internal IT Operations. Having overcome the limitations of Expert Systems and other rules based scripting engines, our Frankfurt based research and product teams then launched the first commercial version in 2013 for IT Operations.

Following an investment from KKR in 2014, development of HIRO was accelerated and Knowledge Automation support was extended across all processes and industries as a SaaS product. With the addition of industry standard APIs and developer tools, Knowledge Automation and the core AI engine are now available as a platform for developers and partners to develop entirely new knowledge based businesses.

The Driving Vision behind arago: Hans-Christian Boos

Chris Boos has a mission: empowering human potential, freeing up time for creativity and innovative thinking through artificial intelligence (AI). To that end, Chris founded arago in Germany in 1995, pushing existing boundaries in AI technology to build a general AI. Since then, Chris has led arago to become a key partner and driver for the established economy, positioning arago’s AI HIRO™ as a platform for companies to reinvent their business models in the digital age.

But his ambitions go far beyond: a strong believer in integrating machine reasoning and machine learning, Chris is constantly challenging current thinking on AI. As a strategic corporate and political advisor, as well as angel investor, Chris’ multifaceted engagement for AI makes him a much respected public speaker and thought-leader on issues of global importance, such as the man-machine-relationship, the way societies deal with information and the future of labor.

Chris Boos studied computer science at ETH Zurich and the Technical University Darmstadt. His ongoing research focuses on graph theory, machine reasoning and machine learning. He currently sits on the Boards of several companies and he is a member of the DigitalRat, advising the German Chancellor on digital policy and AI.
